Widget Panel Overview: “Edit Flexi Post Grid – Post Grid with Filter”
This section provides an overview of each control under the Content tab of the Flexi Post Grid widget in Elementor.

1.Post Type #
What it does:
Select the type of content you want to display — such as Posts, Pages, Portfolio, Property, etc.
Example:
If you’re building a Portfolio Grid, choose “Portfolio”.
2.Include Categories #
What it does:
Choose specific categories to include in the grid. Only posts from these categories will be shown.
Use Case:
Show only “Branding” posts in a Portfolio grid.
3.Exclude Categories #
What it does:
Hide posts from selected categories.
Use Case:
Exclude “Web Design” posts to keep your grid focused on other topics.
4.Posts Per Page #
What it does:
Controls how many posts are displayed per page in the grid.
Recommendation:
Set this based on your layout design (e.g., 6 or 9 for 3-column layouts).
5.Post Order #
What it does:
Choose the order direction — Ascending (oldest first) or Descending (latest first).
Use Case:
Use Descending to show the most recent projects first.
6.Sort By #
What it does:
Defines how posts are sorted in the grid.
Available Options:

| Date | Sort posts by published date (most common). |
| Title | Sort alphabetically (A–Z or Z–A, based on Post Order setting). |
| Author | Sort posts by the post author’s name. |
| Comment Count | Sort by number of comments (great for showing popular posts). |
| Random | Randomizes post order each time the page is loaded (adds variety). |
Use Case:
Use Date for a blog, Comment Count for engagement-driven layouts, or Random to mix content dynamically.
